Great accommodation lovely food and excellent service

You the booking.com charged me 20% more as my local colleagues got 20% charges than I paid with you and hence I will not book via you in future

The hotel has undergone significant refurbishment since it visited it many years ago as the holiday inn. The hotel is significantly cheaper than the international chain hotels in Islamabad - thereby offering excellent value for money, while slightly quirky there are tremendous upsides: rooms are large and comfortable, staff are exceptionally polite - and were outstanding while our stay was involuntarily extended during the closure of airspace the last few days. The food was generally good not surprisingly the local dishes and rooftop bbbq were the standouts. What were really stood out was having an early morning check in with no issues, late check out, and complete flexibility given the flight uncertainty.

The gym definitely needs a refurb, but weights are good, and running machines do the job, the breakie was a bit limited however, it was fine considering the price.

Needs improvement in breakfast The presentation was not upto the expectations. The fruit basket and table refilling not adequate. I think due to less customer the breakfast and
