Rooms very cold, with broken AC units. Already had to exchange 3 rooms to come to one usable, maintenance not done!!. AC in 3rd room after 9-10 pm blowing only cold freezing air!! in room around 18 degree! Dirty table cloth on breakfast tables.

That we stayed alone with no possibility to ask for kettle or hot water for child ;( At 08pm there was no option to receive anything
