Bardzo przyjemny hotel, miła obsługa, super śniadanie

Pokój rodzinny na 5-tym piętrze ma bardzo niskie skosy, każdy z nas co najmniej raz się uderzył, łóżka standardowe wygodne, 2 dostawki niestety bardzo niewygodne

Bardzo smaczne śniadanie, duży wybór, niczego nie brakuje! Pokój o dobrym standardzie, nie było słychać osób z korytarza i innych pokoi. Fajne miejsce na zewnątrz do posiedzenia.

Pani w recepcji nie poinformowała o konieczności rezerwacji np. groty silnej, kompletnie nie ogarniała fakturowania. Jacuzzi akurat było w remoncie. Łazienka w 4osobowym pokoju mikroskopijna, tylko jeden recznik/os. Zwykle w hotelach każdy dostaje dwa.

Brak informacji wcześniej o remoncie basenu rekreacyjnego. Fajnie by było jakby w pokoju była woda mineralna….
