Obsługa hotelu bardzo życzliwa, pomocna i sympatyczna. Śniadanko obfite ( każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie- od jajecznicy po owoce, ciasto, jogurty kawę z ekspresu itp.) Pokoj czysty, komfortowy, z lodówka , biurkiem, duża szafa i tv. Dodatkowo jest podwórko z altanka, rowery za darmo i sympatyczne kotki, które mieszkają pod hotelem. Miejsce znajduje się w urokliwe i spokojnej części Malborka. Z całego serca polecam i dziękuję obsłudze za wszelką pomoc i rady.

Hotel ma dobrą lokalizację, w najważniejsze miejsca można dojść na piechotę. Apartament był bardzo przestronny i czysty. W recepcji pracuje bardzo miła obsługa, mogliśmy też przechować bagaż przed zameldowaniem. Dużym plusem jest możliwość skorzystania z sauny za rozsądną opłatą :)
