Bezpłatny i przestronny parking i smaczne śniadanie. Obsługa ok. Sprawne wifi, choć hasło podane na korytarzu w drodze do pokoju - można przeoczyć.

Brak gniazdka poza łazienką, który jest tam tylko dlatego, że jest suszarka. Czystość łazienki pozostawiła wiele do życzenia. Włosy po poprzednikach, zacieki, mały grzyb na suficie nad prysznicem. Zepsuta spłuczka toaletowa, przez co ciągle się lała woda (do ogarnięcia samemu z pomocą internetu). Niby jest telewizor, ale niestety dekoder zacięty na jednym programie na jednej klatce.
