Bardzo przyjemne miejsce aby zrelaksować się z dala od miasta. Do dyspozycji gości jest restauracja, kryty basen, bardzo przyjemna sauna sucha, jacuzzi. Tuż obok hotelu jest zejście nad jezioro. Obsługa jest bardzo przyjazna i pomocna, 10/10! Śniadania godne polecenia, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Katarzyna

Rooms are a bit dark since lacking natural light. At the reception only one person spoke English, there rest ones - didn't. But they were able to translate everything and comunication all times was succesful. Thank you for the kind efforts!

This hotel has a fantastic location — close to the lake and near the charming town of Serock. We came here to relax and disconnect during a busy trip around Poland, and we couldn’t have found a better place to do so. The hotel is well-appointed and includes breakfast, which was exceptional. On some days, since it was the low season, we enjoyed a personalized, set-menu service at the table. The servers made sure we were well taken care of and left the restaurant completely satisfied. Having worked for 30 years in one of Vancouver’s top hotels in the food and beverage department, I can confidently say the service we received here was truly excellent. From housekeeping and front desk to the restaurant staff — everyone greeted us with a smile and delivered a very high standard of service. Bardo miła pomocną obsługa. Łóżko dość twarde jak ktoś lubi takie. Spa wszystko działa prawidłowo. Dobre śniadania. Czysto i jedzenie w restauracji również dobre.

Można lepiej odśnieżyć posesję.

Lokalizacja jest świetna, bardzo dobra restauracja. Śniadania również ciekawe i zróżnicowane, bardzo smaczne. Polecam

Hotel już nieco zużyty, gdzie nigdzie przydałaby się wymiana sprzętu, np drzwi do szatni lub stoły. Trochę za mały basen, jeżeli są wpuszczane osoby z zewnątrz i dodatkowo zajęcia z pływania. Trochę psuje to klimat.

Pokój super, basen sauna śniadanie na plus sala gier dla dzieci, lokalizacja przy rzece. Restauracja pyszna pizza, przemiły kelner. Hotel czysty i zadbany.

Brak czajnika w pokoju i zamknięte zejście z hotelu do rzeki, trzeba było przejść do hotelu obok.
