Bardzo miła pani na recepcji. Pomimo wcześniejszego przyjazdu bez problemu otrzymałam klucz. Czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko, czysta pościel, generalnie ok.

Hotel "pachnie" minioną epoką. Wykładzina (dywanowa) w pokoju nadaje się do wymiany albo chociaż gruntownego prania.

Spokojny hotel w centrum miasta. Wszystko działało poprawnie, choć już ma swoje lata. Dobre śniadania i porządny ekspres do kawy, a to rzadkie w obiektach tej klasy. Obsługa na wysokim poziomie.

Nie ma się do czego przyczepić. W końcu nie jest to pięciogwiazdkowy hotel w Londynie.
