Hotel Karkonosze mimo iż nie należy do nowoczesnych hoteli jest hotelem z historią i ma klimat ,który wywołał wiele pozytywnych wspomnień. Brak luksusu i przepychu w ogóle mi nie przeszkadzał. Czułam się w nim dobrze i komfortowo. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła i pomocna. Śniadanie bardzo dobre. Było wszystko co potrzeba. Pokoje i łazienki czyściutkie.
