I loved everything about this property and it was perfect as a base to explore Songkhla. The room was so comfortable and quiet, I loved the coffee shop and it was close to restaurants with a 7/11 and pharmacy next door.

Not enough car parks.

Everything about the hotel room was immaculate. The bathroom was great and the bed was amazing, soft and very comfortable. I asked for a room on high floor with a view and got it, it was awesome. The staff were very kind and helpful and the hotel is located very well in the middle of town and close to port where there is a very interesting street with lots of shops. I also had free parking for my motorbike. Highly recommended.

Only a minor point but the breakfast was just ok, but I admit to being a bit fussy about my western breakfast. I'm also vegetarian and Thais don't cater well to vegetarianism.

For those who want to save money.

I didnt like the room, not much space, not possible to open a Window.but it was clean and genrally fine

Lovely place. Lovely room. Excellent AC, excellent room service staff. Great off street parking. Near night market. Opposite the large Sunday morning market. Beach not far, with evening street vendors close by.

A shelf is needed in the bathroom. A better towel rail would be good too.

We have stayed at the Glow Ratana previously and used two different rooms types with our last choice suiting our needs perfectly. Songkhla is growing in popularity as a tourist destination and hold many year round activities both in town and at the beach (Samaila Beach). Hotel is perfectly located to walk to both or grab a Tuk Tuk etc.

The Restaurant meals are very basic and therefore underutilised even by Westerners as there are plently of alternatives with local food in walking distance.
