"Nice hotel, one specific front desk staff was horrible"

Clean, hotel is relatively new

One specific staff member from the front desk was very rude. It was raining and we traveled on foot, so the towels we soiled with some mud. We were charged extra to “buy” the towels which could have been washed with the regular laundry.

Very strategic location

The water pressure is very low during the shower. The sliding door is too small and unable to bring in my dad with a wheelchair. Not many car parks
