Namthip Residence

The location of Namthip Residence is central, and the restaurants can be reached easily by car (between 4 and 5 minutes). Opposite the residence, there is a Dim Sum restaurant located. The receptionists speak English and are very friendly and helpful. They give good tips on where to go to recommended restaurants, night markets, and tours. The room and bathroom are clean, and the roommates are very friendly.

We asked for a softer pillow. It was, unfortunately, not possible. The room for breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, no atmosphere. The breakfast is simple. The way of preparing the egg dishes is upon request. Instead of fresh coffee, instant coffee is offered, toast bread, margarine (instead of butter), and jam, no orange juice.

Nice big room, small balcony with a nice view. Good breakfast on the top floor with views of the mountains. Good location with some restaurants and the weekend market is 15 minutes by foot. Nice and friendly staff as well

Hotel is a short walk from the Trang center, but there are plenty of services, coffee shops and excellent restaurants around. Hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. There is a tourist agency at the entrance, which can arrange transfers to the islands.
