Location is great, room had a balcony and bed was large

Could be cleaner and more modern

On booking to expensive for what you get..some room for improvement it is. otherwise staff really nice, friendly and ready to help.

Location, room ok with large bed.

Front desk staff. One, a woman, was ok but the rest were no good. Periods of time with no one on the desk and on 3 occasions a 5 year old was covering the desk (no BS). Every time I handed the key to leave the hotel for the day they kept asking me am I checking out? On the one occasion one young man went up to my room I followed him up and asked him what he was doing. Also no hello, please and thank you from them apart from the woman.

Just across bus terminal where you get off the bus and go for a check-in straight away with 7/11 located in the same building and there is a restaurant with delicious and cheap price nearby.

The room is a bit rundown but still clean. There should be a hair dryer and a kettle to make a coffee or tea.

you have to pay a 200baht ‘deposit’ for your key, then before you checkout you have to wait while a staff member goes and inspects the room. I got charged a linen service charge (??) and my deposit was not returned. Local scam. overpriced for what it is. ants all throughout the room, cockroaches the size of my hand and holes in the sheets. the only reason I booked was because it is literally right next to the bus station and has a seven eleven underneath.
