Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w centrum Polanicy-Zdroju, bardzo dobre śniadanie, darmowy duży parking, pomocna obsługa, dobre warunki na krótki pobyt (1–2 noce), przestronny pokój, czajnik, lodówka.

Brak windy i trudne, wysokie schody wystrój i wyposażenie z lat 90 wymaga odświeżenia.
