On the edge of the town but not far from the historic old town and aqueduct, with plenty of covered parking. Away from busy roads so quiet and with a swimming pool. Good breakfast with fruit pastries juice cheese ham and a selection of pastries and hot drinks and the lovely lady even encouraged me to take a piece of fruit for the road.

Some of the decor and fittings are tired in what was once a venerable hotel but that should be set off against the positives and the extremely good value. The exterior landscaping could do with a tidy up for first impressions and I am not sure about net curtains this day and age!
