Location was great, room was comfortable.

Having my card removed from the electricity switch everytime my room was made despite me turning the A/C down and making sure all the lights where off. I would get back to a warm and humid room, my toothbrush and tablet would not be charged. The only solution was to put the sign out " do not clean my room "

Great boutique style accomodation in a very good location. The staff were lovely.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Quite nice room. Great location within the city wall.

Staff were very helpful. Very comfy beds and pillows. Good air-conditioning and water pressure. Yummy breakfast included in our deal. Good position to enjoy the flower festival.

Some street noise however if you close the outer windows and shutter it minimised it.

The location in the Old Town and it was safe.

The internet was not working properly on one of the floors, however the staff made arrangements to get me internet access and that was greatly appreciated.

Very welcoming staff. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom good well supplied with toiletries. Breakfast not included but excellent food in cafe adjoining hotel.

Quiet location but about 10 min walk to tourist areas and Sunday Market.
