Douche, nickel. L’emplacement est idéal car proche du centre-ville. L’accueil était super, le petit-déj’ délicieux

El aire acondicionado de una habitación no enfría.Wl colchón demasiado blando para mi gusto.

The location was great, right in the heart of town facing the castle ruins and you had an amazing panoramic view of Miranda do Douro from the terrace. We had 2 rooms since we were 2 couples, the room me and my spouse stayed was spacious enough and we stayed one step from the terrace, the other room not so great. There's a parking lot just outside the place and a bar literally next door open until late, in case you want to enjoy a cold one without thinking about driving next, and we didn't hear any noise from the bar during the night (it wasn't very busy at the bar so that helped). AL Santa Cruz is literally in the old part of town and it couldn't be better located as everything that is needed is just there!

The room we stayed was great but the other one that the other couple strayed was a bit claustrophobic, it was on the lower floor and although it had a window, facing a wall with a lot of rubbish and dirt, low light and a bit dated. The room we stayed was good value for money and if it was just for that room we would rate the place higher, however the other one wasn't.

there’s not actually internet, since you can only use and log in if you’re at the entrance. it’s just honest rooms. don’t spect comfy pillows or anything else. it’s just a room.

the lady on the desk make phone calls on speaker super loud: you can hear it from the rooms. and there’s no working internet.

En general las instalaciones, la ubicación, todo muy limpio, trato familiar. Muy buena relación calidad - precio.

En nuestro caso nos vamos muy satisfechos. Puede ser algo complicada la accesibilidad para personas con discapacidad, pero no era nuestro caso.

Nos gusto mucho el trato cercano de los dueños,siendo super majos y resolviendo todo con una sonrisa.El alojamiento dispone de un aparcamiento gratuito justo enfrente,lo que se hace super comodo y en pleno casco antiguo cerca de las murallas y todas las tienditas de alrededor.Comentar que fuimos con 2 niños en familia y estuvimos muy comodos.Ademas el alojamiento disponia de aire acondicionado.Repetiremos seguro.
