The room was smaller than we expected especially different from the pictures we say on the website.

The two single beds are too close to each other. Also a bit noisy cus it’s the lake side but the road side.

"Hotel is nice, room is good and clean , staff is friendly and id stay here again but not pay for breakfast."

Location is good, right on the lake and a few good restaurants within 5 blocks.

The breakfast is terrible, id save on paying for breakfast and go out instead, its bad!

The restaurant, filled with various prohibition signs, makes one wonder how the business is run here.I quickly note that Phayao's most expensive coffee is offered here in the form of Starbucks beans. In my opinion, very overrated. The breakfast was decent, but overall not really worth the price.

"M2 Waterside Lake view Suite. "

Had the lake view room. Wouldn't want to stay if we didn't. The view was stunning. Sky bar is a must. The staff are great and the drinks are reasonable.
