Персонал грубый, дверь после 00:00 закрыта и нужно звонить на ресепшен чтобы открыли, администратор выходил с недовольной миной, злой. Это так неприятно. Почему я не могу прийти тогда когда мне удобно в отель за который я заплатила?? Тем более в период фестиваля Untold. Фен не сушит совсем, постель не менялась все 4 дня пока мы были в отеле. Ни разу не убирались, не меняли постель. Воды нет. Утюг страшный, весь черный сгоревший. Шумно. Все слышно как соседи ходят, разговаривают итд Месторасположение ужасное, слишком далеко от всего. Приходилось все время ездить на такси.

A terasz tetszett, tiszta, rendezett volt a szoba, segítőkész személyzet, finom kávé.

A szobában a hűtő nem működött megfelelően, hiányoltam a reggeli lehetőségét.
