What you can find good about this hotel are the following: the location - excellent, the architecture of the hotel, and the size of the rooms.

The staff is irresponsible and amateur. Additionally, there is only one employee per shift - the receptionist, who serves as a kind of handyman. One of the receptionists locked himself in the hotel during the night, slept, and I spent more than 35 minutes locked outside the hotel, waiting for him to wake up. Ensure the receptionist is aware of your return time. Otherwise, you are sleeping outside! Moreover, the TV is incredibly small, the wifi signal is weak, the linen, pillows, and mattress are at the level of a 3-star hotel. The bathroom facilities are at the same level, including the functioning of the bathroom facilities is mediocre.

The location placement is excelent, we were right on top of the fortifications, we could actually see the guard change from the room! The room was very large, awesome! The fortifications/tour were very well maintained, clean, I enjoyed especially the underground templar table.

There could have been more staff refilling stations for breakfast. For a 5* hotel, I would expect some extra blankets/pillows in the room, instead of asking from reception. Would be nice to not have cars parked inside the garden, it spoils a bit the atmosphere.
