"5 stelle non pervenute,non lo consiglio assolutamente!"

La posizione e l'esterno della struttura

Camera impolverata e poco curata Asse del wc rotto al nostro arrivo, avvisati del problema ci hanno detto che avrebbero risolto ed invece al nostro ritorno in serata non hanno sostituito stanza né sistemato asse , in un hotel a 5 stelle ho allegato foto è inaccettabile. Moquette macchiata Letto basso e materasso scomodo usurato Condizionatore a pinguino rumoroso inutilizzabile durante la notte stanza calda Colazione a buffet senza indicazioni scritte di nessun tipo e cameriera poco preparata nelle spiegazioni in inglese. Assolutamente pessimo e sconsigliato!

Magnifique bâtiment, parfaitement restructuré, décoration élégante et cohérente. Les chambres sont à la hauteur de l'ensemble. Restaurant, environnement, vues, tout est parfait. Le bâtiment est construit sur le mur du castrum, visible à l'arrière. Le service est discret et bienveillant.

The hotel is beautiful, the location is just perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The room is not very comfortable. The air conditioning is very noisy and in general the room seemed to need a serious facelift.

"Unterkunft der besonderen Art"

Die Lage des Hotels ist beeindruckend. Es handelt sich um einen riesigen Komplex in der alten Zitadelle von Alba Iulia. Ringsherum sind sehr viele Restaurants und Sehrbswürdigkeiten.

Die Zimmer machen leider einen abgewohnten Eindruck und die Ausstattung stammt noch aus den 90ern. Darüber hinaus waren es viele Kleinigkeiten, die störend auffielen, bspw. fehlender Mülleimer im Zimmer, mangelnde Qualitöt der Gläser in der Minibar (bei einem Glas war der Rand kaputt, sodass man sich leicht hätte schneiden oder noch schlimmer verletzten können), wenig Steckdosen.

Locatia este excelenta, fix in cetate, cladirea este impresionanta, camerele linistite si odihnitoare cu bai mari.

Nimic in mod special ce pot mentiona.
