The area around has a big variety of cheap excellent foodprocessor.

A few times an hour an airplane came over but there were no nightfligths so we slept well

Good location. Felt very private since there's not that many hotels around & it's off the main street. Didn't have my scooter or a car but it's not a problem in Chiang Mai since Bolt & Grab App are super available there. Walking distance to cafes and stores which are a bit more quiet than the ones in the old town. Room was nice and spacious, everything was clean. Nice little balcony.

"Good value voor money."

Very clean and comfortable. Enough facilities and functioning, good lightning, cutlery which was handy for Grab order, good working airconditioning, nice soft bed, and TV with Netflix, but I only found out when I had to leave. Shower also nice, and clean.

The cushions in the sere/balcony where dirty. Should get a new fabric before I like to sit there. The shower could not get very warm. I personally rather had a normal balcony, but the wooden windows give it a cozy appearance. Lot's of airplanes flying over the house, at night it's okay. Not really exciting view
