Hotel Francesca

Nothing.

I arrived pretty late (approximately 10:20 pm) after a long drive and when I got into the parking lot I saw all the lights off and only two cars parked. After I approached the front door I saw a note on it that said "The hotel is closed for renovations." But that didn't stop the hotel to confirm my reservation through the Booking app and take my money three days prior to my arriving. I called the hotel owner and she said she can't do anything about it and advised me to call Booking call center. It's been almost a week and I haven't got my money back yet.

It was clean and comfortable, towels smells great! Free parking, and the receptionist waited for us to check in after midnight.

Wifi didn't work.

The room was big and really clean, the bed was confortable.

I stayed in the new rooms, so everything was nice and clean. TV, heating, everything.

There is no breakfast option with the restaurant door to door. The restaurant is very expensive even more for Timisoara.
