Khao Sok River & Jungle Resort

The personnel were super helpful in all aspects (booking trips, shuttle to the bus station, reorganizing the room for our baby). The location is also perfect for the standard activities, right in the center of the village but as well fully embedded in nature.

The water of the sink in the bathroom was spilling in all directions except downward. A more tactical support for the shower would be nice since currently you have to hold it all the time.

Thank you for the most wonderful stay ever! We had such an incredible experience and I would strongly recommend this place for anyone visiting. The staff were incredibly friendly. We booked a lot of tours through the resort which was a lot cheaper (half the price) compared to those online. The staff provided us with a waterproof bag and an abundance of food on every trip, which we had not even asked for! The staff were also incredibly helpful and prompt in answering questions. The location of the hotel is also brilliant and next to a super tasty restaurant! We loved our stay here! Thanks so much :)

Hôtel dans un environnement verdoyant et sauvage. Excellent petit dejeuner copieux. Proche de l'entrée du parc. Facilité pour organiser les excursions et les transferts.

Bungalow rustique, surtout la salle de bain.

Bungalow Chambres tres spacieux, lit confortable mais 1 seule prise électrique plus/moins fonctionnelle et pas de pression d'eau a la douche,

Le jardin où il y a les bungalows est très joli et très agréable. Juste à côté de l'entrée du parc.

Le personnel est adorable mais nous avons signalé des problèmes dans la chambre (lumière qui clignote, coffre fort en panne, embout du pommeau de douche qui ne tenait pas etc) et on ne nous a pas répondu. Nous avons aussi demandé par mail avant la réservation des informations sur les tarifs de transport, nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse. Ni par mail, ni sur place. Mais ils sont très gentils.
