The location can't really be beaten - very close to the stairs leading up to the Old City and its many attractions. The location is also convenient for restaurants, pubs and cafes and also for reaching the train/bus station quickly and easily on foot.

Since I slept with earplugs in, I'm not sure if the dog barking outside the window at the back of the property barked ALL night long, but certainly its barking plagued my every waking second in the room. This small window in the bathroom (more of a shaft in the roof) was the only source of natural fresh air - the other option being a window and door leading onto the stairwell which isn't very private. I don't know if it's possible to create a skylight in the room but that would have definitely made the room more habitable.

Es war sehr laut. Jedes Gespräch auf der Straße hat in den Raum geschallt. Selbst für normal grosse Personen waren die Betten zu kurz.

Nu are balcon, poți fuma pe hol sau afară în fața hotelului, nu are bucătărie, de cît una comună foarte mică, nu are sală de mese, dacă vrei mănînci în cameră, nu ai unde să stai să te relaxezi la o masă sau bancă afară în curte, de cît pe hol și e precum acoperit, vara nu poți sta pentru că este forte cald, cînd plouă se inundă holul. Deci hotelul nu merită 4* eu îi dau 2*

The location is excellent, and the house was beautiful and oozes history. The room was basic, great bed. The shower was nice once I learned how to use it.

Avoid this place!!! Last year we stayed here and, although the description mentioned a room with air conditioning, we were brought a portable unit upon request which, after a few minutes, started leaking and stopped working. Only with the help of the maid did we manage to “fix” it in an improvised way so that it eventually worked. Back then, we thought it was just an isolated incident.Unfortunately, this year the experience was downright awful. We booked an apartment by phone for 4 adults and 1 child, with two double beds and a sofa bed. Upon arrival, we were offered a small apartment with only two double beds, completely unsuitable for our needs. The maid, overwhelmed by the situation, told us to call the owner. His attitude was shockingly arrogant and rude: he claimed that “this is what you asked for, this is what you got” and said that the apartment we had booked was already occupied. Just like that. When I told him we would contact Consumer Protection, he became even more insolent.We were left with a small child, without proper accommodation, during a festival when it was nearly impossible to find another place available. It is unacceptable in tourism to be treated with such a lack of respect and professionalism.The conclusion? If you want to play the lottery with your vacation and risk getting whatever’s left—if anything is left—you can book here. As for us, we will definitely never return!!!

C'était ridiculement bien placé, a quelques minutes de la forteresse, pas loin de la gare et d'un Lidl, a deux pas de restaurants. La chambre était largement assez grande pour moi, sans doute suffisante pour deux. La douche était top, le lit confortable, la télé légèrement trop haute cependant. Le check-in s'est fait en 10 secondes. Tout était très propre. Le prix est assez raisonnable (j'ai payé 23€ par nuit). Sérieusement, je recommande largement, et si je reviens je viendrais ici.

Foarte aproape de atracțiile cetății, pentru o noapte a fost satisfăcător

Lipsă loc de parcare, lipsă agățătoare prosoape, perne tari, incomode și lenjeria lasă de dorit.
