Several reasons prevented our stay from being great: 1.- When we arrived, they tried to give us a very small and uncomfortable room that did not match the description of the room we had booked (a 20 square meter room). We complained to them and they changed us to a suitable room. 2.- In the booking offer, in the hotel description, there is parking on site. Indeed, there is parking, but it is not sufficient, and since construction work is being carried out on site, a large part of the parking is used to store materials, which affects the convenience of parking. We were directed to parking spaces in a building that was still under construction, and there was not enough space there either, and construction materials were stored in marked parking spaces. And the worst thing was that the morning after the first night at the hotel, they woke us up to move the car because a truck arrived to unload construction materials. I was there over a weekend when there were a lot of visitors and parking spaces were lacking. Cars parked everywhere possible on the street, even in places where parking was prohibited. If we had known that there would be parking problems, we would not have booked this hotel.

the view from the balcony was fantastic and the access to the pool all night was great for us as we travelled during the day. The hostess was very nice and extremely helpful.

the food was ok and they didnt have hot chocolate or real juices, but it seems all Romania thinks Fanta or Cappy is fruit juice

Such a lovely hotel in such a lovely setting. Great ambience, great food, great facilities. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the hot spring fed pool.

The pool with thermal water was nice.
