15min waiting time at the reception for anybody to come and give us the rooms key (nobody answered the phone number, and nobody came dispite ringing the bell several time, even after I went to the bar to call somebody they told me to wait, hilarious) The waiting time at their restaurant was even worse

The air conditioning was very loud, like a tractor 🤭, we had to close it night time.
ROI liked the room, which was extremely nice and comfortable. Also, the staff was very friendly and supportive.
The cleaning, the bathroom was not that cleaned and also the towels. There was lots of hair on the floor and also in towels. Also, a huge spider came out from under the tube.
