"A fost perfect!"

Dna de la recepție a fost extrem de amabilă, ne-a explicat tot ce era nevoie, ba chiar ne-a oferit un pampers impermeabil pentru piscină pentru bebelușul nostru atunci când a auzit ca nu avem și mergem să cumpărăm. Serviciile au fost excelente, mâncarea bună, zona de spa super, piscina încălzită! Vom reveni cu siguranță, iar locația este perfectă!

I came to my room this evening and room was not cleaned. It was how I left. I ask to reception and he said his colleagues are doing their job. It is customers duty to follow if the room cleaned or not and inform them. So I informed. But he said it is too late. Help me to understand what is this?!
