GBThe staff are so friendly and accommodating. The town experienced a power cut during our stay so the staff asked to move us to another part of the hotel which would be quieter - much appreciated! Personally I would recommend upgrading to the fancier room
It's a little tired and the rooms smell of cigarette smoke. The newer part of the hotel still feels a little unfinished, with curtains that didn't work and half a shower screen but it was so much more plus than what we were originally given.
