BEPulito, letto confortevole e bagno pulito, la doccia era collocata affianco al letto e non nel bagno. Unico inconveniente, per chi vuole poter aprire la finestra, è che non c'è la possibilità di aprirla.
Se avete bagagli pesanti le stanze si trovano al terzo piano senza ascensore.

MYMy stay at A Residence was absolutely enjoyable. The room was warm, stylish, and thoughtfully arranged with everything you might need for a comfortable night. I loved the small gestures — the air conditioner was already running when we arrived, and they provided useful extras like a powerbank, space to store our luggage, several bottles of drinking water, and extra toiletries. The service was truly commendable. Shortly after check-in, the host sent a message to ask if everything was satisfactory — a rare courtesy that really stood out. The room came with excellent features, including efficient air conditioning, a strong shower, a spotless bathroom, a secure drawer, and a fridge. The location is very convenient for moving around Kota Kinabalu. One thing to note is that there’s no lift, so you’ll need to use the stairs to reach your room. It wasn’t a major issue, just something to keep in mind. There was also a bit of noise from a nearby pub on the first night, but they had already provided earplugs, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, a clean, cozy, and well-managed place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting KK.

Staircases to get to the room. Not suitable for elderly. It is good that they have a separate shower and toilet, but the size of both for us are a bit small.
