I like only location in city center

Hotel is totally destroyed, room is something that I never see in my life… old and terrible I didn’t have hot water in the shower!! Toilet was probably last time renovated 50 years ago… I never seen anything like this in my life! Staff was very nice and helpful 10+ for staff and location but rooms are -1 Very old , and vary unclean and destroyed Shame for location like that!

Older hotel but very clean and maintaned, staff was very kind and even managed to book us in a 4 person bedroom to add another one of our friends, instead of the 3 person we initially booked. Location is amazing, in the heart of the pedestrian zone of Novi Sad.

Nothing to add, everything was great.

Staff wae exceptional, very kind and helpful. Location of hotel is on the main square of Novi Sad. Building itself has a lot of history and charm.

Maybe windows should be replaced
