room service ends 8 pm, lost my credit card in the room and there were huge amount of unauthorised charges on my credit cards they claimed they didn’t see my card tho.

Nice view from the room and comfortable room. The surrounding is nice and quiet.

Does not have iron and iron board. They provide service to help ironing but it is chargeable per shirt/clothes.

The customer services provided were great from arrival, check in, between meals and room services. One key highlight was the fantastic view of the Khao Kho fog from the comfort of my balcony. Honestly, I thought the room rate was a bit pricey but it was definitely worth it.

1. It would be good if the resort provides massage services. My wife was aching for one. 2. It will also be a value-added service if the resort could provide transportation services to nice cafe/restaurants/attractions especially so at night when driving tend to be a bit challenging for most people. 3. I am not sure if the resort keeps a database of all their customers and whether returning guests will get special rates for rooms. If this initiative of special rates is not available, good to give it a second thought as there are many cheaper options for consumers to choose from.
