Everything! They staff here are amazing and attentive! The all inclusive means ALL inclusive! No hidden costs. It’s really family friendly!

The outdoor pools were VERY cold! It was very difficult to swim in. So we spent most of the time in the indoor pool, which is a good size and the water is a bit warmer

Nice clean and modern looking hotel, heated pool outside, steam room and typical Turkish “hamam” Food was great 👍🏻.

Honestly the hotel was almost full with tourists on 9-10-11 of March, however just two bars was served alcoholic drinks… one next to the pool and one inside the hotel, not bar in the lobby of the hotel …

Very good breakfast

The hotel is old , the rooms had no COLD A/c . When you call the desk that tell you that the cold air is only turned on in summer months , so the room is always hot . Buffet food was not very good at all .

An excellent experience from beginning to end. There is nothing negative to mention. My wife, my daughter and I truly felt at home during our stay. The kindness, warmth and professionalism of all the staff made a big difference and made us feel very comfortable every day. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. The food is abundant, varied and delicious, with many options every day. Everything was very well organized and the atmosphere of the hotel is ideal for families. We really enjoyed every moment and we are very grateful to the whole team. Thank you very much for making our stay so special.

Пребывание в этом отеле было комфортным. Приятный вежливый персонал. Комфортные номера с красивым видом. Очень вкусная разнообразная еда в ресторане, есть буквально всё на любой вкус, огромный выбор блюд. Вкусный кофе и коктейли в барах. Очень хороший хамам в отеле, парная, 2 сауны, очень хорошо там отдохнули.

К сожалению открытый подогреваемый бассейн был совсем холодный, купаться в нём не смогли из-за холодной воды. Вода в крытом бассейне +25 градусов там купаться можно.
