Room is so small , not so clean . 😒

the hotel staff was polite and welcoming, the location is great — right in the city center. We also appreciated that pets are allowed, and there’s a secure multi-level parking garage nearby.

although the staff was friendly, the condition of the hotel itself is quite poor. Smoking is allowed in the rooms. While the smell wasn’t too strong at first, once we turned on the air conditioner, it started blowing air filled with cigarette smoke. The room itself is barely worth a 1-star rating. Everything felt very rushed and poorly maintained — the wall switch for the air conditioner literally fell apart in our hands, and we found a used tea bag left in the kettle. The towels were worn-out and honestly looked more like rags than something you’d expect in a hotel. It’s simply not worth the price they charge per night. Unfortunately, we were traveling through the city and had no other pet-friendly options.

Bed and pillows were very hard. Shower holder was broken. No parking No resturant Staff were not friendly
