The room was big cosy.

The room is right the entrance and the road, which can hear people walking and car passing by clearly. No amenity kit was provided.

Good location. Nice view of Safranbolu from the hotel.

Car parking on the street. No bottle water provided.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The garden is beautiful and comfortable.

My messages on booking.com were not replied so I had to call.and ask.

the location was great as it is within walking distance from the historical area.

there is a big language communication problem as no one could speak English, the breakfast was below average with limited choices. I luckily stayed in the new section however the old building requires major renovations

the owner allows us for very early check in since we travel from afar+ need to rest. they also allow unusual check out time. they welcomed us with warm hospitality.

we just unluckily got the room close to the road. we primarily chose the hotel due to the view, nonetheless it’s our false for failing to inform the owner about the demand.
