RİOS BEACH HOTEL

Old, dirty, you have to pay for Wi-Fi, very bad food and we had to wait in long line to get food, the beach is bad.

Breakfast great .location great . Hotel had private beach. pool. Great value for money. Very cheap. Actually to cheap. Break fast . Lunch . Dinner . Free beers. What more do you want . 5 star price . I don’t know how they make any profit.

where do I start? was like the faulty towers of Turkey have never been to a worse hotel in my life!! the all inclusive only included watered down vodka in the same bottle everyday and watered down beer- for 4 hours a day, the food was disgusting- all the meat was cheap and sub standard worse than I’d give my dogs, the salads were made up of the night befores leftovers there was chicken hearts and wings with no meat on just bones, soup every meal even breakfast, no eggs fresh fruit or fresh vegetables, WiFi was payable daily and was each device and cash only- we arrived late at night and were not offered any food as the restaurant had shut!! none of the staff spoke any English in fact we were the only English people there- the place was full of very rude and arrogant Russians who piled there food up on there plates like the world was ending and they were gonna run out of food it was a joke!! the only saving grace was the lovely boy on the bar who also did breakfast lunch dinner and coffee he did it all hahaha

We paid for all inclusive but it appears that this does not cover Wi-Fi or the hiring of the safe. The website says: 1. All rooms have a safety deposit box, not really. We had to pay $2 per day for the use of it 2. Telephone – there wasn’t any 3. All rooms have sea/pool views – only some of the rooms had pool views 4. Web site shows room with bed side lights – there weren’t any 5. Mini bar – none 6. There is a photo of a döner kebab – there was nothing there 7. The Wi-Fi was expensive at $2 per day, per person. Rooms were in a bad state of repair. The rooms were only swept, not even washed. The only God send was the airconditioner. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Lying on an ironing board would be more comfortable. You had to bring along your own swimming towels or hire them $2 per day with $5 down payment. All extra payments had to be paid in cash. No cards accepted. Food was horrible as there was no eggs in any form, no fruit, no rolls, no butter. Mostly vegetables and salads for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Soup available for all three meals. Dinner was marginally better. Meat mostly soya type. The food available was the same everyday with lots of 3 bowls of one salad and 2 bowls of another etc and the same applies to the vegetables, everyday the same, no different themes for any days. The staff could not speak any English – only Turkish and Russian. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone and it should only be 3 star.

Staff and the management is disastrous.

Swimming pool was good size .

Rooms were small and not cleaned daily . We were booked in for beach hotel but rooms were overbooked and we were moved 2km to another Rio’s latte hotel . There was no private beach at the latte hotel we were moved to . We paid for room balcony snd were given rooms without balcony. Buffet was basic and food was cheap quality . Staff were unfriendly and didn’t speak English . Had to pay $1 daily for Internet use snd $2 daily to use the room safe .

Location

The food was very bad, not clean , me and my family had pain in the stomach, and we stopped eating from their food.

everything was perfect for this money.

I did not find the same room that I had reserved from booking and the reception they don't accept to change my room , and I was obligated to accept it after my trip.
