Hotspring World Wulai

I appreciated that the hotel helped my family get to the bus stop, a 5-minute drive away using ther own transport without charge.

The room had very very thin walls. So we could hear the loud chattering and shrieks of laughter from next door, even past 10.30pm. The room was also on the 1st floor facing the main road, so traffic noises and pedestrians talking were also very loud. The check in time (6pm) and check out time (12pm) is ridiculously short!

방 안에서 대형 바퀴벌레가 여러마리 나왔습니다. 23개국을 여행하면서 이런 경험은 처음이었어요. TV쪽 벽, 침대 옆 벽, 침대 바로 위 천장에서 발견됐어요. 처음 한 마리 나왔을 땐 잡고 자면 될 줄 알았는데 잡고 나서 자려고 불을 끄면 계속 침대 쪽 벽이랑 천장 쪽에서 추가로 한 마리씩 나왔습니다. 천장에서 떨어질 땐 날개로 날아다니기도 했습니다. 제가 잡은 것만 총 4마리였습니다. 도무지 잘 수 없어서 환불 요청하려고 새벽에 프론트에 방문했고 일단 6층 방으로 옮겨주셨는데, 그 방은 괜찮았습니다. 건물이 달라서 그런 것 같아요. 식당있는 쪽 건물 5층, 특히 510호 방은 정말 심각했습니다. 식당이 있어서 더 그런 것 같습니다. 호텔 관계자 분들이 문제를 해결하려고 적극적으로 도와주시긴 했지만 호텔의 개선을 위해서는 더욱 엄격한 방역이 필요할 것 같습니다. 그 외에 온천 욕이랑 저녁식사, 식당 테라스에서 보는 주변 경관은 좋았어요.

Having a private hot tub in the room was a great treat after a day of hiking. The rooms are clean and the staff was helpful arranging a day taxi for us.

Everything is a little dated and rundown and the breakfast is ample but just passable. The walk to and from town is on a narrow road.

Lovely little bedsit. Does what it says on the tin. Quiet (no noise at night even though on the road). View of mountains - which to be honest you get anywhere in Wulai. The staff were extremely helpful and gave me a lift to the bus terminal so I didn't have to walk (and waiting until I arrived at 02.40am). Water taps to fill water near room. Water provided in room. The breakfast was lovely and the view from the breakfast room was gorgeous

It's not a modern place, but more a bedsit with tired facilities - but for me, this was totally fine as it really added to the charm of the place. It depends what you're looking for

A beautifull place, very peacefull. The staff is very kind and helped us so much.

隔音效果差 設備需要更新

櫃台服務人員超好，也會幫忙叫計程車 。冷熱水龍頭應設置在主浴池旁邊，而不是手勾不到的地方，要調水溫時水龍頭離很遠，必須起身浴池外。
