Insects, spiders and centipedes in room, no spare toilet paper, dirty and no cleaning room service. Customer service was non existent and poor.

Reasonable price, simple and comfortable room, location - close to friend, subway shelter and church, fridge in room.

It would be nice to have a kettle in the rooms.

A fine place to stay if you're on a budget and not picky about creature comforts. It's located in nice, modern neighborhood, within walking distance of the nearest metro station and the Ocean Plaza mall. Staff were friendly and helpful. My bed was clean and comfortable and the Wi-Fi works well.

The restaurant/breakfast isn't operating anymore (Google says it's open; it's not). The building itself is old and not renovated, with that Soviet-apartment atmosphere that may be a problem for people who, like me, have pronounced allergies. Because of that I changed my plans and ended up staying only one night, but the manager was very gracious and helped me get refunded the remainder of my booking period.

My 2nd stay here. The place and the people who work there are great! Will definitely be coming back the next time I am Kyiv!
