"Basic hotel with good value for money. Description a bit off."

Good value for money, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Vinh Hy is a lovely town.

No balcony despite description stating so. Swimming pool was empty. One of the two water bottles in the room being empty was a bit sloppy.
