Дуже красива територіїя отелю,чемний та привітливий персонал. Поварам та робітникам столової окреме дякую. Смачно і чисто. Якщо буде можливість то обов'язково приїду ще раз.

Чудове місце для повного перезавантаження! Перебування в цьому спа-готелі залишило лише найкращі враження. З перших хвилин відчувається атмосфера спокою та турботи. Номери чисті, затишні й добре обладнані. Спа-зона — окрема насолода: теплий басейн, сауни, приємна музика й ідеальна чистота. Персонал дуже привітний, уважний і завжди готовий допомогти. Після відпочинку тут справді відчуваєш себе відновленим — і фізично, і емоційно. Обов’язково повернемося ще раз і з радістю рекомендуємо цей готель усім, хто цінує комфорт і спокій.

Відсутній критий перехід між корпусами Пансіонат і Гранд, де розташована спа-зона. У холодну чи дощову погоду це створює певний дискомфорт і потребує перевдягання. Ціни на харчування дещо завищені: у міських закладах за ті ж кошти вибір страв значно ширший, особливо на сніданок і вечерю. Сантехніка в номері потребувала незначного ремонту.
