Чистий і затишний номер. Приємний персонал. Гарна локація, 5 хв пішли від вокзалу.

Єдиний мінус це нульова звукоізоляція, люди на коридорі як наче ходять у вас в номері. Також чути як змивається туалет в сусідній кімнаті наприклад.

Гарний зручний номер, новий ремонт, є все необхідне, смачна їжа в закладі на першому поверсі готелю

I checked into this hotel on January 12 at 17:10 pm. The girl who worked the front desk was extremely rude to me. My train arrived during a snowstorm, and about two hours before I arrived, this girl called my mobile phone several times, threatening to cancel my reservation. She also sent me messages through the Booking app, threatening to cancel my reservation. I have no idea why she behaved like this towards me. After I checked into the hotel, I asked her about it, and she would not even apologize to me. On this day, the hotel had very few people checked in, so I am baffled as to what her problem was. It is not like she could have rented my room to someone else. This hotel has a horrible backup generator. Sometimes the energy goes out, and they don't turn it back on for 45 minutes or even an hour. I've stayed at several other hotels in Mukacheve, and they turn on the generator within 5 minutes when the power goes out. They do not clear the snow from the sidewalk and the entrance area in front of the hotel. The next time I visit this city, I will stay at the Star Hotel. Way better service.
