"Very comfortable hotel, fantastically located at the heart of this exceptional city."

Superbly located next to the Opera House. Very friendly and reassuring staff, shelter is in the basement and is reasonably secure. Took refuge on two nights and staff were on hand.

Not being in Lviv during a conflict. The people were very warm, resilient and welcoming.
