Room to simple..no table

I like how spacious the room

The hotel should provide water kettle for family room, there should be coffee & sugar in every room

I like the shower water flow, it was good and heavy flow. The room is nice and neat. We can fill water near to the counter water dispenser. The take note of my request that I am with a 80 years old senior citizen. They given me 1st floor room. They actually reply my message that they have ground floor family room but I want 2 bedrooms instead of one family room for 4.

There is no table for the suitcase, no toilet roll placement. No hand railing on the 1st floor staircase. Not easy for my dad to go up and down the stairs. It would nice to have a hand held shower head. I was afraid that my dad may slip in the bath cause floor is rather slippery after shower. Yh
