One Inn Hotel

موقعه جيد والدخول المبكر مقابل سعر معين كان مناسب للنزلاء القادمين للمدينه قبل وقت زمن دخول الفنادق وهذا جميل واكثر راحه

الرائحه السيئه بدورات المياه كانت سبب في إزعاجنا بالاقامه ووثقت عمال النظافه ليس بخدمه 24 ساعه وهذا غير مقبول إذا كنت تريد نظافه الغرفه ودورات المياه تعقيمها باستمرار

المكان بصفه عامه جميل ونظيف مُطل على الحرم وخدمه ممتازه

The location is great and Mr. Abdo was cooperative and friendly with guests and solving buffet issue occurred in breakfast first day on Eid morning

The old furniture and not that much comfortable. Parking available while they permit for some guests only to use, mentionedParking not available i know while I am talking about park my car with fees not for free .... I used Haram Parking

The hotel near by haram & walking distance 2 minutes entering from gate 307 or 308. Special thanks to hotel staff Mr. Saiful Islam for their excellent service while staying in this hotel.

The check-in process was delaying due to room not available and waiting almost 1 hours.Reception Mr.Omar was friendly and very polite person.Room at 9 floor especially in my room shower water slow. I appreciate your efforts in making my stay enjoyable, and I hope this feedback will help you improve your services. I look forward to visiting your hotel again and experiencing positive changes in the future.

- Room was not ready by the time we arrived, we arrived at 04:30pm. surprised that no parking is available. - Second day, by the time we came back from outside at 06:00am our room keys were not working. we waited for almost an hour until they fix the room key issue. - Front desk staff is very poor in communication and no proper orientation, waited a long time for check-in.

Nothing, whole stay was a worse decision.

The location and Mr. ABDO for his good attitude with guests complaining

Old and not comfortable and requested room service one in the next day for cleaning in the reception and they do nothing.....

Location easy accessible

Honestly, the bed was uncomfortable. It featured very poor mattresses that were prone to shaking with even slight movements. The breakfast provided was also tasteless and of very poor quality. Furthermore, the bathroom was quite smelly.
