La cama estaba cómoda

El primer contacto con recepción. Llegué y mencioné mi reserva. "No la tengo registrada", me dice la señora. Le expliqué que la hice como dos horas antes en Booking, me dijo que por eso no la tenía, que era muy reciente y que si no le había llegado era porque ya no tenían disponibilidad. "El Booking me envió confirmación", insistí, porque además ya la había pagado. Me contestó: "trabajamos independientes de Booking, incluso si le envió la confirmación, nosotros no tenemos la reserva". Luego se dignó a buscar en su sistema, encontró mi reserva en un minuto y me entregó la habitación. Se resolvió, pero ¿por qué eligió prácticamente negarme el servicio y la reserva antes de invertir un minuto revisando en su sistema? Espero que no sea por discriminación. Si no tienen capacidad para procesar reservas de última hora, seguro pueden configurar Booking para que no les envíe clientes.
