Bedroom as clean and spacious, as well as the bathroom. However, what really won me over was the lovely lady at the front desk. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short and go back to Jeddah a day earlier than expected. I explained the situation to the best of my abilities using Google Translator and asked if they could refund me that extra night I would not be using after all. The lady just complied and gave me the money right away. No questions asked, which was quite surprising (obviously, in a good way). I don't think I would ever receive that kind of empathy in most places in Europe.

Wi-fi was quite spotty so don't really rely on it if you need to have work done.

Pretty clean and good location. adequate for one night. the lady in the reception was nice.

The cleaning/maintenance guys were a joke. Usually I’m not especially picky about these things but they were rude and just sitting in the lobby with their phones instead of working. When we checked in 2 h after you can and asked for towels to shower they said that we had to wait at least an hour to get towels. Fine if it was early checkin but not to provide the most basic necessities to the customer is so strange. That is not ok for a hotel based on its standard is pretty expensive.
