Смачні сніданки за меню, вибр 5-7 варіантів. Чисто, затишно, номери компактні , сантехніка в хорошому стані , все працює. Трішки занизькі подушки , по 1 шт на людину . Персонал привітний та ненав'язливий . До центру три зупинки на трамваї №1. Загалом, чудове співвідношення ціна/якість.
