Only the location

No hot water although I have informed the receptionist and was fixed temporarily. The room facilities are not looked after and the carpet and sofa looks dirty. The room’s digital services such as request for cleaning services are not working. The request to clean room has to be made to the reception. I can list more details about the room and the hotel but the above information can sum up my experience
