Room is clean, new, and well equipped with all basic essentials. Central location, close to good restaurants and Phan Thiet Market. Very quiet neighborhood, you can take morning walk and enjoy fresh air from the sea. The hotel is also within walking distance to the beach as well. The staff is helpful and friendly. Valued for such price.

They don't have in-house bike rental service and they referred us to an outside service, which is not good. The motorbike was old, brake is not working well. It can be dangerous just to drive around the city. The rent 150.000 vnd/ day for such old motorbike is not valuable. The renting lady seems dodgy and she requested us to pay upfront as well. If you're using your own vehicle, I recommend you this hotel. If not, maybe you should find another bike rental service yourself.
