Red Coach Inn & Suites

We didn't have breakfast but one thing that I liked is that the lobby was VERY clean and the individual at the desk was very pleasant to work with. She mentioned she was new and I thought she did a great job checking us in. The beds were comfy and the room was very welcoming. There wasn't any hair left behind for us to find (HUGE SCORE IN MY OPINION).

As a previous Head Housekeeper for another branch, there were just a couple of things that I saw that need more attention. It's nothing to throw a fuss over. I'd gladly share my tips/advice if someone wanted to reach out to me in an email!

Location was very convenient. Breakfast did not offer much. The adjoining restaurant was convenient and very good. We liked having a microwave and mini-refrigerator in the room. Bed was comfortable enough.

We found a cigarette on the floor by the bed. Also, a man's watch was under the coverlet, on the sheets. Bed must not have been changed. Fortunately, we had slept on the other bed. Also, there were doors slamming and a man yelling from about 2-4:30 am. Not the best night's sleep.

Breakfast

Perfect location. Quiet. Large rooms.

It's overpriced. But no real competition to lower the price.

Towels raveling at edges. Just okay. Too pricey for what you get.

Heater wasn’t great

Breakfast wasn’t good. Cheerios tasted like they’d been in the container for months. No hot water for tea

No elevator working. Hard to carry luggage up to 2 nd floor. No offer of help. TV had lines running through it the entire visit.

I loved the location
