The staff here are friendly and efficient. This was my third stay and I cant wait to come back. Everything , beach, restaurants and shopping are so close. You wont need to get into your car or pay for parking . Such an ideal location.

Very clean. Easy check and check out extremely friendly staff great location and aesthetics of the place outside grounds are very clean as well.

Great beds , location to downtown, nice bathroom and the staff were very helpful.

No elevator to floor 2 for folks with walking issues - very loud between rooms at times

Excellent customer service with compassion. Jamal most certainly went out of his way when my husband suffered a severe cardiac emergency within an hour of check in. He immediately was at my room within minutes of the 911 call and entered his contact info on my phone so I could communicate with him if I needed anything. This was a traumatic experience that will be ongoing for many months of recovery to come. But I will never forget that young man's care, compassion and human decency. Thank you Jamal.

Comfortable bed, everything clean and tidy, staff was welcoming and friendly. Walking distance to everything.

It was awesome

The building was hot and I didn't care for how the bathroom was situated, it was very small and there was hardly any room to move. We also had the air conditioning going the entire time and after we had gone to bed it just stopped running out of nowhere in the middle of the night. We woke up to a very hot room. I got up to check it and it was still on but for some reason not running, it wasn't blowing any air. Couldn't figure out why.
